We believe in the happiness found in the simple things: the air you breath, the landscape you see waking up, the breeze you hear rustling between the pines, the afternoon sun warming your skin, the stars which light up the sky, the heat which you feel coming from the lit fireplace, the flavour of the freshly-picked almonds, the smell of thyme and lavender, the touch of stone, relaxing chats, the accompanied walks between the hills where silence and grandeur are born.
